Yeah, this is always one of the most active threads so it'll be near the top of the list anyway.
Un-unstick my thread. Say you like me again.
Undo this hurt.
Ajit Pai, is that you? With the changeover to the new forum software, we (HF on the whole) wants to limit the number of stickied threads. Since this thread is active enough that it would stay on the first page anyway, Dave, THH, and I thought it's one we could unstick.

Not just the Lauer story but the whole scandal in general — it says a hell of a lot that there were this many women out there afraid to say anything until they were 100% sure they would be taken seriously.
Hefner WAS the force field. It’s like as if Hugh Hefner has a force field hiding all of this.

In my country car lights have to be on all the time 24/7, it prevents situation like your****ing idiots who don't turn their car lights on at night should have their license revoked.
oh man thanks for reminding me of that song. i'm gonna bump the **** out of it right nowCalm down there Toni Braxton.
It remains unclear to me why people don’t just turn them on and leave them on at all times.****ing idiots who don't turn their car lights on at night should have their license revoked.
That's prettymuch where I am, especially since I typically have to drive quite a ways on most of my trips so no telling what the hell I'll run in to weather wise at times. It remains unclear to me why people don’t just turn them on and leave them on at all times.

They eat the battery and the car won't start then.It remains unclear to me why people don’t just turn them on and leave them on at all times.
I have this option with my VW Golf 4, pretty neatWith one of our cars, I do that because they automatically shut off, so I don't even think about it. They are always on and when I get in the car, I just start the car and go and the lights are on and when I turn the car off, they go off. With an older vehicle we don't have that feature (and I don't drive it as much) so I usually don't turn them on in the day light as I don't think to do it.
Pretttttty sure that's not true with 98% of the cars produced in this millennium. They eat the battery and the car won't start then.
