My goodness what a great night.

Yes, City was missing Wallace and Matarita for international duty, Herrerra to injury (out a few months), Berget and Morales....

But RBNY was missing Robles, Parker, Murillo, Adams, Kaku, Valot, and BWP. The entire spine of this team was missing.... and they absolutely clowned City. AGAIN. 4-0. For the second time in a month.

This is a prime example of why Red Bull maybe is the best organization top down in this league. The kids step up and pull off a win like this. Crazy that Villa now has no goals in 6 matches at RBA.

914 was so comically terrible last night. They looked like a mediocre USL side and got destroyed by our C team. They basically can't go all out to win the competition because they know they cannot host a home game (thanks to their appalling fans no local college will let them play games there).

there's a crass joke about the city's increasingly-bad homeless problem here somewhere...

Is there enough interest without the US in it this year for a separate WC thread? Starts tomorrow and apparently Spain sacked its coach for accepting another job after the tournament lol

portugal continues their cant win outright tradition from euro16 with a tie 3-3 vs spain

in the euro they tied all 3 round robin matches, beat croatia 1-0 in extra time, beat poland in penalty kicks, beat wales 2-0 and again some more extra time bullshit to beat france in the final 1-0

and ya, questionable call for the free kick for ronaldos third goal....goes down easier than a vegas call girl

I simply cannot get into the World Cup this time around.

Thanks again for being totally useless, USMNT and Italy.

Just get here, 2022, with your desert conditions and 23-year-old Christian Pulisic [who plays for Liverpool :naughty:].
