I mean we're still playing for home ice in round 1, a win tomorrow and we're 5 points out. It's still doable.
If we start playing better, that game against florida on April 1st is gonna be big. We've already let ourselves down with those 2 in boston, a win there could really help if we are trying to grab home ice

this is the time to get hot for a push to 2nd. Seems unlikely, but not completely impossible

If all works out, it's a 4 point swing, Florida lost 3 in a row so I mean we have the opportunity to capitalize over this next two weeks.

Leafs are a much better team Away than they are at Home.

Giving Keefe last line change isn’t a competitive advantage either. One less area for him to get out coached.

I think this is the last out of conference game. :thumbu: Nice to done with that.
I think we're stuck in 3rd so the only thing that matters in this game is avoiding injuries. 🤞

Not endorsing gambling, but we all got money on Hyman scoring tonight right?

I really did like the 60's, went downhill in the 70's.
No way. Roger Neilson and Fist Night in Canada! Do you not remember he managed to use BamBam Belanger in 9 games and the guy wasn't a minus player? There were a lot of good moments with those clubs where nobody questioned heart or whether they were earning their deals. Kurt Walker? Dan Maloney? Old time hockey? Competitiveness down but watchability not at all . We were all united in our hatred for Ballard rather than some DB that was trying to give an on ice product.

It wasn't so long ago that would have taken him three years:) I wonder what its like to sign a player long term who hasn't had his career best season
That's true; 97 and 29 help him out in that regard, though.

And to be fair, his grinder style definitely helps them, too
