I know October is a tough month.

I've convinced myself to judge this team when they are fully healthy and the schedule eases up a bit. I hate excuses but also can't be too quick to condemn the season either.

Will reevaluate on Dec 1. If nothing has changed then time for some tough decisions by management. I will also re-adjust my expectations for this team as I and others will have clearly overestimated their chances.

Rielly is obviously banged up pretty bad. I believe it was a blocked shot a few games ago that hurt him? He also blocked another last game that stung. He must have bruises all over.

Barrie is f***ing brutal. Absolutely terrible. Guy looks like he spent his whole career in the AHL and now got the chance to show what he has in the NHL. No poise, uncomfortable, looks out of place, bad decisions all the time. Doesnt have any confidence in his game.

He needs to step up in a big, big time. I wouldnt even sign him for more than 2-3M at this time.
