Also, Trotz is awful with rookies. No idea how Vrana isn't getting time on this 3 on 3. He's one of the fastest, arguably most skilled players on the team. He'd be one of the guys to thrive with the open ice and he's just not usin' him.

Agreed. Burro is scratched... and yes, it's b/c Burro hasn't done anything - but a lot of that is on the coaches for not putting Burro in position to succeed eitehr.

If you're worried about his defense, put him with Backstrom and Niskanen. You've got arguably your two best defenders to cover the rookie and they've got enough skill to get him when he's open.
