Exact same disc protrusion hitting the nerves as mine, except my MRI said it's only contacting my nerve root, not deforming it so I imagine it's not as severe as yours. I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy.Called my Dr's office this morning to see if my MRI results came in. They didn't tell me the results other than the fact that I'm already being setup to see a neurosurgeon. They eventually emailed me the results and here's what the final impression said, "Large right paracentral disc protrusion at L5-S1 deforming the S1 nerve root." Yeah, I pretty much know my option at this point.

I hope whatever you and the specialists ultimately decide to do will relieve that pain for you. You're way too young for these kinds of back problems.
Just eat exlax for a week and you'll be fine.I just quit drinking coffee daily. My teeth were brown. Now I've gotten plumper. I think I'll drop 15 pounds under the tree.
I hear gargling coconut oil once a day (20 minutes) for a month (or a few months) can make your teeth whiter. My teeth aren't as white as I'd like them to be due to lots of coffee, but maybe something to look into? My dentist told me about it and many of his patients swear by it.
I'd like to see the science on that because I don't get it, tbh. Probably tastes good though. Coconuts rule.
I'm not a science guy, but I prefer seeing results in front of me over word of mouth (no, not youtube videos as they can be faked). Also, it tastes nasty.

Being this young with back problems is what it is and you just have to adjust your life accordingly. Speaking of my age and the issues I have, I'll share with you something my surgeon told me last year. They are starting to find Degenerative Disc Disease in people in their early 20's and he personally doesn't understand why so many people in their 20's are starting to deal with it so soon.
Get aht. Coconuts are amazing.
But then again, I guess gargling with any good tasting oil would be also pretty gross after a few days.
What I'm saying is I just don't get how that is supposed to work. Does coconut oil have some sort of natural bleaching power?
I was 21 when I found out I had it. It's scary stuff. What kind of shape will I be in when I'm 40? 50? Will I still be able to do the things I love to do when I retire or am I going to be struggling just to get around?
That's the thing, you have to realize what you can and cannot do. Thinking I was invincible is what got me hurt in the first place and now 10 years later I'm still struggling with accepting there's certain things I can't or shouldn't be doing anymore. Being stubborn as a mule doesn't help me, either....
Yeah every time I go to the dentist he says "oh you're a smoker?" because of my teeth but I've smoked like 10 cigarettes in my life. Damn coffee.
There's that black paste that is gritty that basically whitens your teeth and there's science behind it, I can't for the life of me remember the name of it, but I've had friends try it to decent success.
I just go to the dentist and get them cleaned and whitened to what they should be at, as an avid coffee drinker.

Mine is impressed with how white my teeth are. #yay4me
Charcoal?
Teeth aren’t supposed to be pure white though
More on the Amazon bid. Pittsburgh released a video as part of the effort to attract the bid. Fluff yes, but nice fluff.
I liked the references such as the chair to save parking spots thing.
