Yup. Petan would be a good option, too.I'd rather Roslo play with Armia and Perrault instead of being placed on Lowry's line and asked to carry the offense.

But really why only bring one Moose up. Bring Lemieux up for Lowry's line and Roslo for Hendricks
I'm really fine with that. Dano might have more value than I think but I don't like him. But I like Tanev. Are there improvements available in the same mold of a speedster who can do what Taney can? Definitely. But, if I can only replace one guy it's easily Hendricks.I believe the answer is that the Jets would have to waive 2 players to do that.
Assuming that is Matthias and Dano I assume you lose Dano if not both.
Nope. Maybe Petan can be resurrected, but, right now he does not have enough NHL speed for the lucky guy who is playing with Perrault and Armia. Plus Roslo can penalty kill and I don't want another option I want the best option.Yup. Petan would be a good option, too.

So now Petan is slow? Where do you guys come up with this stuff?
You are cherry picking the wrong part. I said if they bring someone up I want Roslo, Petan is irrelevant in this conversation. So now Petan is slow? Where do you guys come up with this stuff?
Cherry picking? You said it. I'm not sure you understand what cherry picking means. You are cherry picking the wrong part. I said if they bring someone up I want Roslo, Petan is irrelevant in this conversation.

Okay, I'm glad his speed is fine, but, he is not as good as Roslovic for Perrault and Armia and if we are replacing Tanev Lemieux or Appleton would be a much better fit on that line. Dano should be traded for a depth d-man.Petan's speed is perfectly fine.
Does he have elite speed? No, but he's certainly has "NHL speed" in terms of both foot speed & straight line speed.
If you're going to pick on Petan, do so with facts not fiction.
It's his puck retrieval skills that are sorely lacking.
I agree with this it’s worth a shot he could help solidify Ehlers/Laine lime defensively and maybe create room for them.Little is a great player but he just does not mesh with them.Lowry has grown leaps and bounds as a player.
I'm not here to debate what role he should have in the line up but just throw some praise towards a kid who's skill has been greatly debated.
He went from getting sent to the moose 2 seasons ago (mid season) to being a legit NHL difference maker.
His skating has improved a ton. His strait line speed is now very good. His explosiveness is better. His hands have improved (and yes I consider them decent, he makes some excellent passes in the O zone and retrieves pucks well) He makes great reads in the Dzone, His zone exits and entries have improved, He has a half decent snap shot and most importantly he makes the players around him better.
I'd really love to see him play with some more offensive players. Maybe even taking a couple shifts/games with Ehlers and Laine on his wings and giving Little MP and Armia.
Couldn't be happier with his development to date as a 3rd round pick and frankly the less he scores now with questionably offensive players and no PP time the better the contract may become for us.
Good kid. Plays the game the right way. It's easy to see how he became a scholastic player of the year in the Dub.
Ehlers, Little and Laine don't need to be solidified defensively, they need help offensively. Not sure Lowry will do any better than Little in that department, as he's just as north south as Little.I agree with this it’s worth a shot he could help solidify Ehlers/Laine lime defensively and maybe create room for them.Little is a great player but he just does not mesh with them.
Connor/Schiefele/Wheeler
Ehlers/Lowry/Laine
Perreault/Little/Armia
Lemieux/Copp/Tanev
That’s a balanced attack and if Copp cannot handle center duties we should bring in someone for a playoff run a defensive specialist who can win face offs and kill penalties.Pretty much what we have in Hendricks but is still able to keep up with the pace of the game especially in playoffs as the speed ramps up.
Would Roslo work there?Ehlers, Little and Laine don't need to be solidified defensively, they need help offensively. Not sure Lowry will do any better than Little in that department, as he's just as north south as Little.
Roslo would definitely help Laine and Ehlers in the offensive zone I think, but I feel like that line would rarely ever leave the defensive zone, due to Laine and Ehlers struggles with leaving the zone.Would Roslo work there?
That's what I was thinking!Humongous Yuuge McLarge Adam Lowry.
Lowry is and has been excellent for some time now. For anyone who gets upset at the minutes he plays just look who he plays those minutes against.
Stud.
Perhaps we can now put this whole 4th liner rhetoric to bed.
If Lowry is your teams 4th line center you probably have the deepest C group in the league.
