I don't believe in checking lines in an 18 team league. Too much talent out there to take the gas off. If I need a shutdown shift I'll power vs power y'all.
That's why I picked guys like Provost and Dumart so early.

I'm with ya, and so is my coach. I can't imagine Tarasov using a 4th line in this more than 2-3 minutes a game.I don't believe in checking lines in an 18 team league. Too much talent out there to take the gas off. If I need a shutdown shift I'll power vs power y'all.
"Tough" is in two ATD bio quotes. No one is more "fiery". His "doggedness" is heralded. Is Toe Blake really that physical? Legitimately asking.
The relentless work ethic of he and Y is tiring enough to face, but then there is the nasty Mr. Elbows. There was nothing at which he did not excel. He was a strong, fast skater; he could and did pick the corners with his shots; his passing left little to be desired; he was a past-master at both fore and back checking; his services were in demand when his team had the odd-man advantage and he was often pressed into service when his team was short-handed.
We should draft this guy:Golden opportunity to pick an Arena and George Laraque, and play both on the 4th line.

A nice gift for you ATDers. This is Jimmy Ward's gold medallion for winning the 1935 Stanley Cup with the Montreal Maroons, and his medallion for playing in the first NHL All Star Game in 1934. Enjoy!

We’ll still finish the draft portion before the end of March. A little bit of a slowdown is not a concern. The slowest period of time of this draft...
Okay, I had to quadruple check this guy was still available. He's previously never gone this late. In fact, he's slid almost 20 spots below his previous low. Gallifrey drafts Bill Barber!
Jon Cooper, Coach
Was wondering if someone would take him, probably deserves it by now coached in 3 cup finals and won 2 of them
Just waiting for @rmartin65 to respond and I'll hit the big red button
