Yeah, assuming we get the order in place tomorrow AM, it can unofficially start as we've done in previous years, but wouldn't officially kick off until say Monday 01/31 at 1000 am EST.

I'm normally a fan of every team making it, but maybe 9th seeds shouldn't if there are 18 teams.

(I thought we were doing 4 divisions though? I'm fine with it either way)

18 teams? Bottom team in each conference doesn't make the playoffs. Or, better yet, they face off so there is still some post-season activity for everyone.

16 teams advance to the playoffs, standard structure.

I think with 18 just two conferences makes more sense then uneven divisions especially since we'd have the #9 seeds miss the playoffs
