I don't like to see a player like Jarnkrok, who I know is not a dirty player, get punched because the receiver of the hit was unable to control the puck and left himself vulnerable. That being said, to a certain extent, I kinda liked Haley's "We are not gonna take any of that s**t" response. Especially when it all happened late in the game that was already over.
Scary **** in Caniacs land right now. Eddie Laak taken off the ice on a stretcher. No clue what happened yet.

Drouin didn't score but he was incredible against the Blackhawks in OT. I know a lot of people say 3 on 3 isn't real hockey and it's not but it's damn entertaining and I love it.

Stu mentioned Carolina was making a desperation push for the playoffs... didn't realize they are 6-0-4 in their last 10... makes the loss to them the other night not quite so bad.... if we beat Boston tomorrow the Canes will be 4 points back with 2 games in hand...

They showed a replay that the Carolina player pushed the Detroit player in the back, which caused him to run into Lack.

It's why I've thought the West was going to come down to whomever got the hottest in the playoffs. I really think any of the top teams that make can beat any of the rest in a series, it's just going to be a matter of who gets on fire.

the western playoff picture looks almost perfect right now.

No NHL players in the Olympics in 2018. NBC is probably cussing Bettman, NHLPA, and IOC for not getting something worked out.

You do realize that games in Korea would have been televised in NA between 1 and 6 am, right? This was always a loser for NA viewing purposes. Great decision to not run a compressed schedule and disrupt the NHL season.
