Well more entertaining game than most but we just keep having catastrophic breakdowns. PP again made us look better than we are. Special teams has made some strides this year, especially PP.

Good to see the effort, there were some games this year that were just absolutely soporific.

You know, I actually like Lipstick overall but stuff like how he turned early to try to "block the pass" on the EN goal instead of just skating straight at Hertl and clocking him are real issues.

Just realized I complained a lot about him this game. Doesn't mean I don't like him.

So much missing on this team. Skill. Timing. Grit. But mainly skill.

How many times in a game do you hear Shorty talking about rolling pucks? A lot. How many flubbed passes, whiffed shots, missed reads...it's just on and on and on.

The little engine just ain't got enough juice to get the cart up the hill, and there's just no two ways about it.

But at least we kept pace with Phoenix. Or Arizona, or whoever the f***.
