This seems shockingly close compared to other pools.

Kent Nilsson with a great 7 point day to bring him back into the mix. Canada4Gold and Scorevat53 both had solid 5 point days as well to tie them along with Tapu Coco for 1st.

1-8 is basically anyone's game with 4 points seperating everyone from the top (except for me and Khabby).

7 point days from Scorevat53, LainePeg and I to lead the way today.

Scorevat53 takes a slight lead in the race despite Kupari being out. But having 3 guys who have combined for 19 points (Nussbaumer, Fagemo, Puistola) will do that.

The race is close behind him with me becoming part of the mix as well. Only 9 points seperating 1st from 9th.

TheBeastCoast led the way with a 10 point day (5 from Marchenko) to put him in the mix.

Canada4Gold had a 9 point day where 6/7 of his players in action got on the scoreboard. Tapu Coco also had a 9 point day largely thanks to his Canadian duo of Veleno and Cozens. Both now tie for the pool lead.

Overall, we have a very close race with 2 people tied for 1st and 3 more just 3 points behind. Even LainePeg is right there too making it likely a 6 person race for 1st going into the playoffs.

We have a new leader!

@LainePeg has an astounding 13 points on the day already to move him from 6th to 1st!

However, he has no players left to play in the next 2 QF games so a chance to catch back up.

LainePeg has a dominant day of 13 points propelled by his almost all Canadian/German team to move him from 6th to a tie for 1st.

Next best days were Tapu Coco and Scorevat53 with 8 points to put them in tie for 1st and 3rd respectively.

Going into the semis it is VERY close still. 1-6 is seperated by 5 points.

I am well back in 7th but slightly ahead of the 8-10 pack which is seperated by just 2 points so the fight for last is close too!

All the people at the top have about 7/8 people left. Those in 7th-9th have only 5 left giving them very little chance to catch up. Khabby has all 10 left so maybe he makes his run out of the basement.

LainePeg had 7 points from his Canadians to take a commanding lead going into the final day. With a 5 point lead and 8 players in action, he will be extremely hard to beat.

Tapu Coco, Scorevat53, TheBeastCoast, FinPanda and MAYBE even Canada4Gold are all still in a close hunt though.

Khabby had a solid 5 point day as well and he is now in 8th, after looking like a shoe-in for last earlier

LainePeg still holds a 2 point lead going into the final game. With 5 impactful Canadian players, if Canada scores a few goals he likely wins.

Scorevat53 will rely on a strong defensive game from Russia and a multi-point game from Khovanov to have a shot.

Tapu Coco has 3 Canadians in action so will need his Canadians in Veleno, Cozens and JBD to be the drivers of the offense.

FinPanda better pray for Barret Hayton being healthy and having the game of his life to make up his 5 point deficit. Or Bahl and Sokolov to start scoring more.

TheBeastCoast has 3 big name Russians playing so while he is 6 points back, a comeback is not impossible.

Should be a good finish!
