Did you see how Kotkaniemi fell? And why do you think he fell in that manner?

It's pretty easy to understand... his upper body rebounds off the glass, his legs keep going the opposite way... this leads to his legs going in the opposite direction that he is falling.

Gravity basically does the rest.

Late hit.
Dirty hit.
I guess everyone is missing Zadorov using his knee to take the legs out.
Should be a 10 game suspension.
Extremely dangerous.

I see Zads with his weight on his left leg driving JK up and into the boards. That's what takes him off his skates. Not that leg being up.

N0.
It’s because Zadorov used his knee to his feet out from under him.

You don't need that big of a nudge to the legs when most of your weigth leans against the glass.

Yeah, we’re the ignorant ones despite this not even meriting a phone call from DoPS.
Who cares about the DoPS
That doesn’t erase reality.

watch the replay and see Zadorov use his knee to take the feet out from under him.

extremely dangerous play.

In fact it caused kotkaniemi to hit his head on the ice.
He even got a concussion.

regardless of what the DoPS
Thinks it doesn’t change reality

And regardless of what you think, it doesn't change reality either. You're not making an argument here. You just keep saying "go watch the replay" like we haven't 15 times already. Do you not see how you aren't making an argument here? You're just blithering nonsense and being emotional.

You are seeing what you want to see. Hockey is dangerous. :dunno:

Nope. bad angle and too far away.
That’s why you came to the wrong conclusion.
Watch it again.
It’s obvious in all the replays. don’t look for bad angles to choose to be ignore reality
It's one of the only angles that shows the full hit in clear view.

Great hit.

Not emotional at all.
Not blithering nonsense.
You’re the ones upset with reality.
I couldn’t care less about any of these guys.
Neither player plays on any of the teams I like.

I’m just pointing out the fact that Zadorov used his knee to take the feet from under kotkaniemi. It caused him to hit his head on the ice.

that’s it.

that’s reality

Parros has a degree from Princeton university, so he's smart. Like, really, really, really smart. And he knows hockey.

So, it's a clean hit, end of story. Shut up, go home.

It means a neutral party decided that it wasn’t quite as egregious as you think it was so Avs fans might not be the ones out of touch with reality.

Yeah, only you get to look for bad angles. Let's focus on one that only shows 50% of the players bodies.

Some of us in here watched this game live. Just sayin'

With the speed the game is going, very difficult to say ... KK gets rekt either way but does he go full rotation without the little kick-push? is this kick-push hard enough to be significant? But still, why is Zadorov's right leg kicking like that? that's not part of a skating motion or reflex I believe? That leg should not go up no? Then KK's right leg gets pushed forward AS he gets "kicked".

Idk, very sneaky and I understand the DoPS doesn't do anything, they don't have grounds to claim anything.

And I'll just point out that the majority of people, including the NHL and a lot of habs fans, don't see it as a dirty play.

I guess that settles it then, right? Not a dirty play but very unfortunate.

Just pointing out reality

The push with the leg is pretty subtle, adding that to the perfectly clean work with his shoulder I wonder if it looks that dirty to anyone? That's not really the point though.
