Do you guys think was a clean hit?
Looked similar to Matthesons hit on Peterson.
Hope Kots recovers quickly.

Nope. He flipped at the point of contact, the hips.Pretty obvious slew foot....Zadorov foot behind kotkaniemis legs and clearly twisted to push his upper body down......

Good eye. Never looked at that part. 53/54 seconds of the video clearly shows the slew foot you mentioned.Pretty obvious slew foot....Zadorov foot behind kotkaniemis legs and clearly twisted to push his upper body down......
When a players leg sweeps under another players feet that is called a slewfoot.People will see a slewfoot the way his right leg swept under Kotkaniemi’s feet as he went down but he went down due to his lower half’s forward momentum, not the minimal (if any) leg/foot contact.
Not if there’s no contact. When a players leg sweeps under another players feet that is called a slewfoot.
That's not really how science works, but okafter watching it numerous times, it's not clean. the body doesn't react to a 'clean' hit like that. He's being slew footed and thrown back simultaneously. No one lands like that from a simple hit
