K but my point is that he's just now turning pro. You think he should give up now? Keep in mind he's got a three year deal where he's going to be earning a 92K a year (that's just signing bonus, not sure what his AHL salary is).

too bad really. i have to say i wasn't a fan of the Roy/Houck/Platzer picks the Oilers made at the 2013 draft, but i am glad i appear to be wrong on Platzer at least, who finally showed some scoring life last year and appears to be a shoe-in for a spot in the AHL.
