Horcoff is great.

All season I've argued against buying out Horcoff because I said, "forget the salary, they can't find anyone to fill his spot, so might as well keep him." I'm quickly starting to change my mind on that thought.

To be fair the Flames are sitting a vast majority of their "NHL" regulars and some other veterans are hurt. These are mostly AHL players that they're winning with.

Horcoff blew that sequence as well but Smid is always being chastised for that. Steve Smith even brought it up during an Oil Change episode (yes, I watched an Oil Change episode).
