If he stays healthy and be a little more consistent, y'all got yourself a great player! Dude has got a wicked wrister and some really sick hands in front of the net. Protect him at all costs!I just hope he's half as good Kings fans have built him up to be for me!
Jets are better than last year and a good team and make the playoffs with regularity unlike Vancouver. Feel bad for fans of a decade bad team like VancouverI like Gabe alot and wrongly had him as the guy I wanted my Canucks to take and think that he might explode in Winnipeg or be meh just like the team that could be really good or all fall apart must be really hard to be a Jets fan recently.
To take this a step further, until 2015, Alberta teams were the lowest taxed in the league periodYup, it’s a big misconception around here but players who plays for the Flames and Oilers pay less taxes than the teams from California and New York states.
yes but the contract is in US dollars so multiply the salary by 1.5 living in Winnipeg and $CAN.Canadian taxes are a motherf****r. Gotta get the most you can.
A lot of players and teams are really predictable, the unrest in Winnipeg isn't predictable. As opposed to what?
And what is that unrest?A lot of players and teams are really predictable, the unrest in Winnipeg isn't predictable.
Players wanting out or not wanting to resign all the way back to Trouba and then the Big Buff thing. And what is that unrest?
He almost went top 5 before the injury concerns came out. Solid player, I hope he can stay healthy. If he stays healthy and be a little more consistent, y'all got yourself a great player! Dude has got a wicked wrister and some really sick hands in front of the net. Protect him at all costs!
You will really like him, he has a very unique playmaking vision and skickhandling skillset.I just hope he's half as good Kings fans have built him up to be for me!
Didn’t play center for the Kings last year. Was sent to the AHL the year before and converted to a winger100% decent center for a shit center, great news for jets!

Van has made the playoffs 4 times since the Jets have come into the league.I like Gabe alot and wrongly had him as the guy I wanted my Canucks to take and think that he might explode in Winnipeg or be meh just like the team that could be really good or all fall apart must be really hard to be a Jets fan recently.
55-60 points next year if he plays 70 or more games.Good 40 point guy.
I'm sure that it means nothing at allHad a weird dream last night that involved this dude and some skiing.
We've had plenty of players re-sign. Buff is the worst example you could have given. I still see him around Winnipeg.Players wanting out or not wanting to resign all the way back to Trouba and then the Big Buff thing.
I like the Jets, and thought that they had a SC window, they just have a reputation now deserved or not of not being a destination that guys are falling over themselves to stay in.
I'm sure that it means nothing at all
nothing at all
nothing at all
That's the worst 2 examples you could have found. Buff quit HOCKEY . He turned down every other team that tried to sign him after he was released. Trouba had 30 other teams on his no trade list. It was New York only.Players wanting out or not wanting to resign all the way back to Trouba and then the Big Buff thing.

We didn't have this problem when we were winning. Now we are mid again and we do.Lol this is the issue with having a team in Winnipeg, no one wants to live there, they wouldn't have this problem in Houston or Kansas just saying.
Definitely. That's the worst 2 examples you could have found. Buff quit HOCKEY . He turned down every other team that tried to sign him after he was released. Trouba had 30 other teams on his no trade list. It was New York only.
Possibly. But I'm okay with a prove it contract and paying him well if it all pans out. There is potential that our off seasons changes really improve things, make this a really competitive team, and some of these dudes will re-sign. That's always the hope at least, but I like our changes so far and am cautiously optimistic.Longer term Probably would've been better for wpg
Or Phoenix?Lol this is the issue with having a team in Winnipeg, no one wants to live there, they wouldn't have this problem in Houston or Kansas just saying.
