Would you either: Keep Looch, Trade Loui or Trade Looch, Keep Loui?

Trade both and deal Hamilton.

The more I think about where this team is, I think you move pieces and accumulate young, cheaap talent.

They won't, though.

They'll be mediocre.

You can create a bidding war for Lucic, you can't for Lou, also I doubt that our team can fight as well as possible if we keep all the huge contracts.
If we trade Lou I'm afraid it's basically for nothing and our team can't survive from that, I'd like to see a trade where we get a huge return back while getting some much needed cap space at the same time.
Create a bidding war for Lucic in west and Chia will pay.

I'd rather have Lou as our 3rd line depth player with 5M rather than Lucic at possiblle 7M.

People generally overestimate the value teams will pay for 1 year of Lucic IMO. He's also coming off a down season. Never the best time to deal a player. I still consider him part of the core. Eriksson not so much.

Keep Lucic and deal Eriksson.

Both are UFA in a years time. Eriksson is 3 years older than Lucic.

Both are going to want raises over what they currently make.

Both are going to want long-term deals between 5-7 years.

Lucic at 7 million OR Eriksson at 5 million.

For me, it comes down to which player would I rather have in the line-up.

I'll keep Lucic.

Eriksson's skill-set is much easier to acquire than Lucic's skill-set is.

17 days, July 1st comes, something will happen before that day.

As for what it is, I'm kinda tired of speculations and opinions, just wait and see.

They traded an elite-level scoring forward in Seguin. Now the Bruins need a game-breaking scorer.

They traded a rock-solid right-shot D-man in Boychuk. Now the Bruins need a solid RD.

I'd prefer they keep their Top 6 Power Forward and for once deal the players whose skill-sets are much more easily replaceable.

Enough with dealing away skill-sets that are much harder to acquire.

Deal Lucic and then the Bruins will then be on the hunt for a Top 6 Power Forward.

I like Eriksson but this a no-brainer for me.

Not to mention he is 3 years older than Lucic.

I think we'd be selling low on Looch, not a fan of that. At least with Loui I think his value is about set.

After a healthy and productive season it's a lot better than it was this time last year.

I think Eriksson's trade value is under-rated on this board. He's a productive two-way player on a good contract for this coming season. I don't think your going to get a bounty from some other team but Bruins aren't about to give him away for peanuts either. He could provide a nice return and fill a need.

I'd prefer to keep both for the coming season and see what can be acquired for Smith.
