Looks like this edition of Team Canada is focusing more on discipline. Domi, Poirier, and Nurse are all prone to taking dumb, stupid, weak penalties.

As I had mentioned in the prospect thread its obvious sutter is high on shinkaruk and praised him even more then horvat, most did not think he would make it today in that thread.

I think he is on the team personally unless that hip injury becomes a bigger issue.

The WHL is a beast at producing defensemen. It still grinds my gears we took Mallet over Severson.

One of the dumbest decisions in a while. It was a no brainer to take him there.

I don't find it surprising at all. he was one of Canada's best players in the u18 last year scoring a hat trick in the bronze medal game. Team Canada brass don't forget things like this.
