How does that help FIFA at all? Actually, what does it matter at all who the teams in the final are? They're going to make their money no matter who plays who in the world cup, no? Admittedly I have no idea how any of this works monetarily (other than FIFA makes money hand over fist and the host country largely takes it on the chin)
