Can someone explain to me the tie breaker if you're certain of it?

The main question is: does the results of the game between the two tied teams matter? Say SWE defeated RUS, does that count as the first tie breaker or is it purely goal differential?

The swedes need to adjust in the neutral zone and start playing physical hockey - otherwise they will meet Canada in the semi final if NA win this match.
