I actually like the Messi penalty call. I'm not a fan of being able to tackle players just because the ball is gone.

Also, the real answer may be that the ball was out of play by the time the Serbian player made contact.

Watching Milenkovic on a regular basis I still don't get the hype he gets. Pavlovic played here in Basel for some months and was aweful

Akanji is great but the rest is pretty average to bad. It also does ot help that Vargas is terrible at everything he does.

I think Schär has been way better than Akanji in the PL so far. A beast for a very good Newcastle. It’s actually not bad at all on paper that CB pairing. But the fullbacks might be an issue though.
