Perhaps. I'm higher on Marner(think he can pot 100 in his prime). But Nylander is doing amazing and has proven to be able to play in the nhl in his short yet impressive stint. I would just love though that these two don't end up being our best players in the future and either Matthews, or Laine come and form the best trio in the league.

Then we probably draft a winger, the Finns,Tkachuk,Dubois or Nylander. Once we have Stamkos/Matthews + Nylander, I move Kadri for a solid D. You want to start winning after those scenarios.

Yes if we knew we were going to get Stamkos for sure dropping down a few spots in the draft wouldn't be disastrous. But you are right we need a #1C more than anything.
