It's obvious by now that Johnny is not capable of playing the style he has success with when the games ramp up (final portion of regular season & playoffs). The onus is on Monahan and Lindholm to create more space for him and share the load of zone entries.

If Monahan isn't hurt then he seriously needs to get his **** together and play like he gives a damn. It's the playoffs, these guys shouldn't need any more motivation.

He needs to do that anyways. Hurt or not.
