Will Stephan Da Costa play for Ottawa? (Mod: KHL likely per Bob McKenzie, June 16)

Don't know if this was already posted but apparently Da Costa will be a UFA at the end of 1 year in the KHL so if he returns to the NHL he'll be free to sign with anyone. BM obviously knows SDC's impending status and feels he isn't worth wasting a roster spot even as the 13th forward for 1 season.

We can move on and consider him gone forever.

He had 3 good nhl games in what 3 years , when he was sent down the last time this past season the writing was on the wall, for him.

He was getting better with every call-up. An untimely injury prevented him from being back. But I agree, the organization has given up on him.

They had used all their call-ups anyways, the injury had nothing to do with it.
