Two points:

1. This endless *****ing about refs is getting old. Sens fans are obviously the worst, but others are also pretty bad. The reffing is what it is, and it clearly goes both ways in every match.
2. With healthy Letang, this would have been plain unfair. Which reminds me of 1997-98 Red Wings (the last team to repeat), when Mickey Redmond said: "With Konstantinov, this would've been plain unfair."

Problem is you have to beat the refs. Pageau interference non call but Dion gets called? Exact same play . Malkin trip and two missed high sticks.

Tired of bs reffing in favor of pens every year. Sickening

Okay so you guys went like 0-30 on the powerplay until you got a 5on3 and finally scored. Then you guys went 75 minutes without a penalty against you and the Pens not getting a powerplay. Thats more than one game where your team apparently didn't commit a penalty. In overtime you guys were putting on 6 skaters for a fairly long period of time without getting called for it. (one of the most obvious and easiest calls in all of hockey)
You know it is easy to talk about all the penalties commited on your team and saying that it's unfair when you forget about all the penalties your team doesn't get called for.
Did Kessel sell it? Of course he did, but you guys should know best that a powerplay doesn't equal a goal. You got a powerplay ón the Wilson "slash" which was absolutely nothing. Score on it and you can thank the league for a gifted goal too.
Maybe you lost because you put 3 shots on net in 25 minutes of OT. Can you imagine that this could be a reason too?

The refs do miss calls, especially if they decide to "let them play", but to think that the League influences them so one team can win is absolutely ********. Pens went 75 minutes without a powerplay, do you really think that would happen if the League wanted them to win? How anyone can believe in stuff like this is beyond me.

Looks like Ott had 6 more PP's this series despite only having a 35/65 possession disadvantage.

How does that work exactly?

Comic gold seeing some Pens fans calling out Sens fans who were disappointed with officiating last night after the whine'fest post game 6.

It is perfectly fine to be disappointed with the refs, especially immediately after a game. But this the league is rigged thing is getting really annoying

You're preaching to the converted. I 100% agree with everything you said.
Players would adapt if the refs called the game like they did in the season. And the SCF will have even more let go.

+1 yep!
