Let's stop pretending like there's actually more than 2 forwards better than him.
And how did rantanen produce on his own? You're having issues reading what you quoted? I'm not questioning MackinnonWe did see that. This current season. They were both injured for weeks/months and MacKinnon just kept producing with Calvert and Donskoi and other rotating parts.
Genuinely laughing so hard right now. I just spit coffee into my lap. God damn you.Off the top of my head:
Crosby, Stone, Kucherov, Panarin, Malkin, Mackinnon, Matthews, McDavid, Marchand, Bergeron, Stamkos, Huberdeau, Couturier, Point, Vrana
If I look into it, probably some more too
Wasn't meant to be a joke. After looking into this further, I can add McCann, Rust, Svechnikov, Boeser, JT Miller, Marcus Foligno, Niederreiter, Pacioretty, Hall, Zucker, Copp, Reilly Smith, William Nylander, Pettersson, Marner, Kase, Forsberg, Bjorkstrand, Giroux, O'Reilly, Cirelli, Radulov, Tatar, Dubois, Hertl, Craig Smith, Gallagher, Danault, VranaGenuinely laughing so hard right now. A solid case could be made for Teddy Blueger as well, when you think about it rationally.Wasn't meant to be a joke. That’s all folks... were done here.McDavid

Man, I am such a big Caggiula fan. That Manning trade was horrific.View attachment 320081
The Oilers made a mistake not trading Drai and instead Caguilla for Brandon Manning. Caguilla is better because he actually is okay on defense!!!!!!!!!!
(Like another post above this may just be a cruel joke.)
Weird having Vrana there instead of the other 4 all-stars on that teamOff the top of my head:
Crosby, Stone, Kucherov, Panarin, Malkin, Mackinnon, Matthews, McDavid, Marchand, Bergeron, Stamkos, Huberdeau, Couturier, Point, Vrana

I apologize. I assumed that you meant MacKinnon since literally nobody else mentioned Rantanen. You're right thoughAnd how did rantanen produce on his own? You're having issues reading what you quoted? I'm not questioning Mackinnon
Outside of that funky spell he went through for a few games hes been the best player this year.He was better than McDavid the first 20-25 games or so when McDavid was getting his legs back following that insane recovery he made. In fact I’d argue during that period Draisaitl was the best player in the NHL.
HmmmmOff the top of my head:

How exactly is it weird? He's been the Capitals' best forwardWeird having Vrana there instead of the other 4 all-stars on that team
Some people have more conventional and effective ways of evaluating players than whatever arbitrary way you're choosing to use. Now your list makes sense. How exactly is it weird? He's been the Capitals' best forward
McDavid takes all the defending so Drisaitel gets easy minutes
Looking at points and other counting stats may be conventional, but in no way is it effective. Some people have more conventional and effective ways of evaluating players than whatever arbitrary way you're choosing to use. Now your list makes sense.
the thread should have been called which forwards is draisaitl better than right? would have been a shorter listWasn't meant to be a joke. Still would have been a list of about 12-15 playersthe thread should have been called which forwards is draisaitl better than right? would have been a shorter list
agreed.Still would have been a list of about 12-15 players

Using analytics is not arbitrary, it's literally just looking at data
