A very smart play by Scheiffle. Injure a guy so he's out for a series, knowing this league won't do shit to you for doing so. A very smart play for his team - in the National Bush Hockey League.

if he doesn't get the rest of the series, things will turn really, really ugly and I wouldn't be surprised to see a bunch more predatory hits especially if there's any other blowout games.

If the NHL thinks it will be a good look for the league to have a bunch of guys violently hit and injure each other, have a bunch of line brawls and fights they should rethink their plan.
