As a former kicker ill explain what happened. He tried to kill the ball. His technique should have followed through a little right but he followed through left. Also note how is body is crunched over on contact, that's a sign of throwing technique out the window. Obviously im no superstar kicker but i do know kicker technique

Basically just tried to muscle it.

the whistles were going for a few seconds already but man it wasn't that bad, he was just ripping at the ball and caused the Broncos player to going hard OOB, and at such a vital point in thbe game
