Ouch, Vikings. Chiefs are 3-5 at home since week 15 last season (including playoffs). Vikings can drop them to .333 in a nine-game span (and 1-4 this season) by giving them their fourth (straight) home loss in the last five weeks. They’re not putting together consistent drives against this below-average D, though. And giving up that long TD run won’t help.

It's absolutely insane to think that with a win tonight, the Pats will have a 3 game lead on the entire AFC and it's week 9.

We all know how this is going to end. Shut out for 3 and a half quarters with lots of missed targets and turnovers, then with 5 minutes left he gets the ball back and chucks one downfield that one of his receivers manages to pull down for a 40 yard gain after busted coverage and/or a safety tripping, followed up by a last minute TD and ESPN splooging all over itself about how Aaron Rodgers is the greatest athlete in the world today.

Because of the tiebreakers, it’s a three game lead. You could argue the Bills would need to sweep the divisional games (including the one against the Pats) to even stand a chance of winning the division, though, in which case the tiebreakers move to common games and then intraconference games
