Yeah, the Raiders had to land way more punches while they still had the crowd/momentum. Penalties killed them.

Eventually the gulf in talent was going to show; the Raiders simply didn't take advantage of the window they had.

Also, Carr really needs to be better -- straight up.

The crowd has been pretty lifeless in the 4th quarter compared to the first half.

Can you blame them when the franchises QB plays like he is scared of any physical contact?

Yeah they have to fire Reggie too to make those picks work out. Looking at what he drafted the last few years is nasty.

Reggie had one great draft and got nothing to show for all the other ones. A whole lot of first rounders on the secondary and nothing to show for it. And his 2nd round picks are a complete joke. Other teams get starters in those rounds, we get guys that are out of the league within a couple of years.

Press the ball down field. Because that's what happens when you keep throwing short. Oakland's favorite son takes it to the house.

Still impressed by Gruden and Paul Guenther. They aren't working with a lot right now.

Yeah they're doing their best. The team is the oldest roster in the league for a reason. All the young guys Reggie drafted were garbage and they couldn't field that team. Those guys are barely in the league if at all.

It's one week in but we have to start wondering if Carr is broken, just like what happened to his older brother.

He looked terrified in the pocket. Admittedly, suffering a back injury and a broken leg in the span of a couple years would probably do that to a lot of people.

Coming out one of the knocks on him was that he was jittery in the pocket.

Even worse when your leg snaps.
