Look at his stats in the K and then look at his time player compared to Malkin and Kovy. This kid is sickening nevermind being as good as talor or Tyler.

Interesting to consider the Russian factor at work in that draft. Alex Burmistrov was taken 8th in that draft, mostly because he was playing in the CHL. He hasn't been terrible but I think Tarasenko and Kuznetsov are clearly ahead of him talent wise. Yet for now Washington gets nothing for it's pick, while the Blues seem to have lucked out.

Anyone else think he looks like Ovechkin in his first year? Kid is aggressive, forechecks hard, intercepts pucks and scores. Unreal even though it's early.
