Yeah, but wasn't the whole "Anytime. Anywhere." born out of last year's Covid halt to the league and the subsequent creation of playoff bubles in EDM and TOR? Like, "we don't care that it's August and that we're in Toronto. We're ready to bring it, anytime, anywhere".

In that sense it would make perfect sense to post the slogan next to the postponed games after yet another disruption of the schedule.

Maybe I'm just ruining y'all's jokes and fun though. Could also be true, lol.

Different set of circumstances but following the short late-season players' strike in 1991-92, the missed games were made up following the return. The games were played after the original schedule had concluded.

He had ankle surgery and isn’t skating yet AFAIK
