Frost I guess misses 2 months minimum.

If no surgery. Should be 4-8 weeks tops.

It could be that long for Frost but it depends on the severity and the resulting instability. All that time working on his abs and he forgot to hit those shoulders.

I think Myers could play tomorrow if it was nondisplaced and didn’t puncture lung or organ. But given reg season and early on letting it heal is obviously the best thing. That will take weeks so I guess it’s when he’s comfortable to go.
