I know there are extenuating circumstances to this stat but...

Those three players combined for all of 84 NHL points last season.

There is potential there for sure, but a bit too early to call that line spicy or scary or anything really.

as much as I love Hall, they should be making moves in order to improve the team, not to appease one player

Sounds like he already met with the Devils so the contract is probably already worked out, so if the trade happens he should be signing.

We've gotten permission to talk to him according to Granger. Obviously the deal won't go through if he won't sign, but I'm guessing he will. I don't know why he wouldn't if he wants to play in the NHL.

No chance he wouldn't sign there. The Devils apparently have already spoken with him and his agent, if the trade goes through he will sign, Shero wouldn't trade for him if they didn't already agree on something.

He can score over 70p+ but will probably settle around 50-60p.... which is more than a 2nd and a 3rd.
Seems like draft picks got more value in trades thus year.

Seems like he plays the off hand, but I can't really comment as I'm not sure. He is a right handed shot though, and that is huge for us in my opinion. He could be the high slot pp2 guy for us.

Agreed. There is no chance Shero makes the deal without full knowledge that he will sign.
