Wow, this is getting crazy. I mean, let's assume he really tried to drown her, what should have stopped him from doing so if she's really 5"2?

Also, why would this be one of the points the lawyer didn't talk about yet? Seems a bit more harsh than the other stuff.

I no longer believe anything of this.

So was it Monday or Tuesday? Can't be Monday if her times are right, or she accidentally exaggerated the time he was drinking for. If it was TUESDAY...did the avs have a practice on Tuesday?

He might not have tried to drown her with the intent of killing her. Just holding her under water to cause panic and discomfort and then stopping

No. He was allegedly drinking Monday evening until Tuesday morning according to her. The Avalanche had Monday and Tuesday off, practice on Wednesday

She said "welociped" which means bicycle in Russian, so it was translated correctly. I didn't understand her when she reffers to vacations on Maledives when he drown her, so don't know if it was interpreted correctly.

Looking more and more like a girl who is trying to make a quick buck by playing the "innocent girl" card and "abusive boyfriend" card as well, and going straight to the media.

Nobody knows the truth yet, but everything that her, her interpreter, and her lawyer are saying just seems to be sounding worse and worse. This looks like the lawyer is desperate too

Didn't you hear? He's a 6'3" Monster and she's a 100lb Beauty. He Sparta kicked her. Do you think him beating her with a bike is that hard?:sarcasm:

Sorry I mean how can anyone take the prosecution seriously anymore? They've lost themselves in their own web of lies it appears.

This. I said I thought last night once more and more started coming out that I thought it'd be settled/dismissed in a short period of time.

I'm convinced the prosecution is full of it. Something small may have happened, but nothing like they are explaining.
