To clarify, both players are at Spurs, so it could really be moot, if neither leaves. But there's been plenty of interest in Rose. Put his name into google, and search. I'm pretty sure the reason that Walker is more likely to go is that Trippier is a good enough replacement for Walker, while Davies really struggled to replace Rose.
But anyway, I think he kind of suffers in perception due to only making recent improvements. The present Rose of the last few years has been one of the best LB's in the world, and the best in the Premier League. Thats my opinion, and I think people just haven't watched enough to see it. Rose is every bit as important to Spurs defense as any of their defenders. Docking him for his play a few years ago would be like docking Filipe Luis for not getting playing time under Mourinho. Lets talk about now. Right now, there are not that many LB's better than Rose, at least from my perspective.
I didn't say you don't watch enough, so maybe you should calm down.
I'v seen a lot of negative comments about Davies the last year, especially when he had to play every week. From how I understand it, he struggled. Maybe you thought otherwise. Thats besides the point though.
And I don't remember playing the injury card with any player, so I don't know what you are talking about.
My point stands. If you consider the last few seasons, obviously not considering a few month spell where he was injured, Rose is one of the top few LB's in the world. The fact people are going to such outrageous lengths to discredit him is beyond me.
Maybe you shouldn't be dishonest when that's exactly what you said.
Rose stepped up his game this year to be sure, but he only did it for half a season. It takes more than that for me to really boost him beyond players who also had damn good years and have been that good more consistently.
