I find him arrogant, the kind of guy you wanna punch straight on the nose and bust it wide open just because of who he his.....he’s a Mr.Right, always wants to be right and doesn’t let it go if someone’s opinion is different ...I honestly can’t stand him, a real prick if you ask me

Not sure who his co -host is but they definitely make the game a pleasure to listen to.Cambell on the other hand is just flat out annoying,like the previous poster said without Momesso it would just be unbearable.

I don’t find him annoying, he just doesn’t have that voice you need to do this job, he can call the game, it’s just hard to embark in the action with him when his voice just doesn’t resonate.

Momesso is very good at what he does, I enjoy listening to him....Robertson is a gem, I’d say the best in this country in either language, even ahead of Houde and I really like Houde.

The “Did you see that” play by play guy is good too

It's pretty incredible how TSN690's programming has not changed much since Elliot Price was let go. We don't even see this type of continuity at the bigger stations employing more seasoned broadcasters (of course, the recent machete-style cuts by Bell have accelerated the process for some stations).

All we've seen at 690 has been the addition of yet more inexperienced personnel coming from their control room and and giving the station the air of a student-run operation. Bell also owns CJAD and makes programming changes every 2-3 years. Not at 690, however.

I know that McKenna gets under some people's skins. I think he'd be more suited to a non-sports format, as he likes to dabble in a variety of subjects.

I also get how it's not easy to fill a 4-hour show with sports only, in a city that doesn't have any teams from the NBA, NFL and MLB. I think with the limitations of the market, he's doing an OK job -- he's smart, witty and unlike many others at the station, knows how to ad lib. I think the problem at 690 lies with a lot of their co-hosts, they're just too green or not talented enough.
