There's not much conversation to be had regardless of how much you think I exaggerated. Kase is not someone that would be made available for a player of Stecher's caliber.

Your last statement could easily be expressed without silly hyperboles is the point. The obvious response by most will be to the nonsensical hyperbole, instead of the completely reasonable point.

I mean his original statement is fine... the gap between hughes and kase is roughly the same between kase and stetcher. People tryin to buy really low on kase before he plays a full season.

If were moving kase we want an impact dmen... but we really shouldnt move him at all. And stetcher isnt the move.

D are worth more then wingers and Kase has an injury history that took him out of over HALF of the games last year so theres a big worry if were just getting Kase for Stecher. Id like a conditional pick depending on how many games Kase would be able to play. Something like a 3rd that becomes a 2nd if he plays less than 72 games or something like that

It's not hyperbole. We are not moving our best forward unless it is for a blue chip prospect like Hughes, or an even better young forward, like EP/Boeser.

Nope don’t think he’s worth Kase, not on his own at least. A significant piece would have to be added. But many people are talking like he’s a scrub. He’s a sold puck moving #4/5 defenseman imo.

Kase might be our best forward, it makes no sense for him to be moved for anything less than an overpayment

Getting Stecher to play 3rd pairing for MN? It's almost like the OP hasn't A clue of the Wild's needs. They are very strong on D, and need talented forwards.

I doubt Stecher has any real value league wide, definitely not anywhere close enough to get Kase. Fiala is interesting but honestly probably not a better bet than Baertschi/Goldobin (and I’m not high on either).
