Proposal: Troy Stecher for Kevin Fiala or Ondrej Kase

Stecher has only played top 4 minutes when the Canucks were a bottom feeder. Hardly “legit”

Yahh the fact that he was compinetent in doing so and seemingly gets better every year doesn't make it legit at all...….

Stecher is probably underrated here. He is better than most posters have given him credit for. With that said he is not worth Fiala, and definitely not worth Kase.

I don't see him going anywhere until Tryamkin comes over, or Joulevi cracks the NHL roster. Benn and Stecher have been a solid 3rd pair so far and we don't have anyone to replace him quite yet.

Instead of making ridiculous counter trade demands, why not just say it would take more than your willing to give?

You know that EP/Boeser/Hughes are no where near what you'd get from any team, your just stirring **** up here, as a moderator you'd think you would know better.

I'm not trying to stir anything up by stating what the required overpayment would be to acquire Kase from Anaheim. I'm well aware it's not a trade the Canucks would make. I'm just saying we would need a piece coming back of that caliber to have any interest in moving him.
