A few of you guys have mentioned Perron, and he sounds like a good fit if Detroit retains some salary. He's also signed beyond this year like McCabe and Lafferty.

Maybe something around Boston's 1st and whatever they can get for Holl?

Holl+ Boston 1st for Perron with some retention makes sense for both groups imo.

What’s the point? Woll has been fantastic and this whole injury has really blown out of proportion with Murray… He has an ankle sprain not hip surgery…

Doubt they will trade Gustafsson after playing him last night. If the plan was to move him they probably would have just scratched him.

He's playing. Had 2 goals a couple days ago. He's been playing since February 18th.

There's no way the Caps retain, let alone trade him. If he was a pending UFA, sure, of course... but he isn't. No reason to think he is at this time either.

I get the desire for depth, but 9 defenders makes no sense.

Holl is the one with value that is the most likely in trade and he’s a UFA. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t be move for a 2nd or 3rd.

Kerfoot’s play last night cemented he isn’t going anywhere, and while he’s not my favourite player, at least he shows up, plays hard, knows our system, and has stayed remarkably healthy. He isn’t being moved, so I’m just going to hope he goes on a scoring streak for us. It’s not like he’s not getting any chances….
