blues have zero cap space, maybe they think Perunovich can get them through while giving them a little cap space and they don't have a 2nd so getting a 1st or early 2nd makes sense.
I mean Kulak + pick for Dunn... It's the same salary yoblues have zero cap space, maybe they think Perunovich can get them through while giving them a little cap space and they don't have a 2nd so getting a 1st or early 2nd makes sense.
I would trade our 1st for Dunn. This year's draft is not going to be very good. We have a ton of picks (several 2nd/3rd/4th/5th).Blues want to trade Dunn
Mete/Kulak and a pick for Dunn

Ya clearly Dunn is a close to 30 year old upcoming UFA and this will totally not be a hockey trade where a team gives up on a young player like every year.Crazy a contender moving assets that would make them slightly worse... why would they do this to their team!!!
IMO, there could be 2 reasons:Crazy a contender moving assets that would make them slightly worse... why would they do this to their team!!!
What if I told you Danault doesn't have to be traded for a pick :OYa clearly Dunn is a close to 30 year old upcoming UFA and this will totally not be a hockey trade where a team gives up on a young player like every year.
Sounds like a situation that isnt too far from the Habs eitherIMO, there could be 2 reasons:
1. Expansion draft. STL feels they will absolutely lose Dunn since they've already given 4 Dmen a NTC
2. Dunn wants cash. He is a RFA at the end of the season, and STL will likely be strapped for cash.
bah, I googled for some Dunn news and that came up. Probably just some blogger who hates him since I only read good things about the player here. Who's right?Holy crap, how accurate is that account? A turnover machine? He’d never last.
And yet hes produced more goals than our best line in the league center 7 times
I mean he’s probably not healthy scratch and on the block for nothingHoly crap, how accurate is that account? A turnover machine? He’d never last.

If that thing is true, how do you figure he’d be of help to us? He’s a project.

He sounds awful defensively, and is sheltered heavily by the Blues. Meh, I'd rather keep Kulak or get Mete in the lineup, if it means giving up decent assets for Dunn.
