Note: Galchenyuk, Trouba, Jones, and Hartman were all left off the camp roster. The first three because they're all likely to miss the tournament with their NHL clubs and Hartman is recovering from shoulder surgery.

I'm going to be in Saratoga and think I can make it up to Lake Placid on Aug 10 for the Canada/U.S. and Sweden/Finland games. Are these games open to the public?
Thanks.

See USA Hockey site for Scrimmage Schedule and more, including all 4 rosters as of now; see the menu on the side; also scroll down to see the complete schedule including formal practice schedule starting Saturday.

Obviously, each national team site will have additional information, but this is the best source for information in one place about the event.

Here's the Swedish Hockey site link for U20 information

I know at least one of Sweden or Finland are arriving earlier than Saturday. Canada's team arrives later as there are some practices in Quebec before the team travels to Lake Placid. Here's the link to Team Canada's U20 information including the earlier practices.

Does anyone know if any of this will be televised (in Canada).

That US team looks like it is going to be very new - with a max of 4 returnees.

...although i guess that's not such a big deal b/c so many played together at ntdp.

The scrimmages in August during the camp will be available via online streaming for $. See the posts above with links to the fasthockey information.

The actual WJC tournament of course is in Dec-Jan in Sweden; this event is a summer evaluation camp with scrimmages.

Olli määttä with 4 assist aswell.

too bad realised these games were on now too late. paying 7 euroes to watch just 3rd period too much for me.
Anyone who saw the game usa scored 2 goals in between 3 seconds can someone tell what happened there?

If fasthockey is the only video source, not sure if there will be any highlights posted anywhere. For some coverage, see the following:

Again, see the USA Hockey main evaluation camp site. link

Adam Kimelman’s WJC camp blog on nhl.com: Link

Some people covering the camp are using the following twitter hashtag: #NJEC ; I’ve seen some #WJC & #WJC2014 and for USA specific information, some are tagging tweets with #USAHockey, but most appear to be using NJEC.

Some people/org’s covering the camp on twitter:

@coreypronman
@usahockey
@NHLAdamK
@JulieRobenhymer
@kluedeke29

Mark Masters has been providing Team Canada updates, see @markhmasters on twitter

Here’s more on Team Canadas’ camp from TSN. link; here's the main TSN page for the WJC coverage. http://www.tsn.ca/world_jrs/

Collberg doing his thing on the PP, two goals so far á Stamkos. Basically open nets, think both were primarily assisted by Possler. Högberg has made some stops, Barber had a good individual effort earlier.
