We’re all here because we’re masochists but how many people tuned out of what could’ve been an exciting game because Wes was more interested in spoon-feeding Tampa powerplays?

not saying refs didn't screw the leafs but quite frankly other teams get bad officiating all the time but winners find a way to weather the storm and find a way to win.

Leafs should have learned by now IMO. We can't keep blaming the refs all the time

But where is matthews?
Last year he was hitting when he wasn’t scoring.

playoffs the margin of error is very small. first team to 4 wins and the series is done. Thats too much pressure to put on the kid IMO

He swam right losing his net on the first two goals. That was before the refs ensured Tampa would win.

Of course it made perfect sense to sign and start a goalie who got cut by a team because he had gone 1-8 in his 9 playoff starts. How in the world does Dubas come up with these great goalie picks? I certainly couldn't do that.
