Good move. I like Borgman but we needed to shore up that RD depth. The signing of Gravel and acquisition of Harpur made Borgman a bit redundant.

Schmaltz, Holl and Lilly can battle it out for the 3rd/4th RD spots and if they fail or Lilly just isn't ready yet then Dermott can play on his offside (hopefully with Rielly)

His younger brother Nick is one of Will's best friends. I think him and Jordan are friends too though.
