There are several better options and guys who actually would have a shot at making the team if the young kids aren't ready and/or there are injuries to the defense in camp. Campbell, Oduya, Polak, Greene, Stuart, etc.

I remember when I saw that contract reported I thought for sure the AAV was actual the total amount for the deal and thought for sure it had to have been a mistake.
