And Laine is faster than MacKinnon.

This has been said a bunch of times in this thread and I'm going to ask why. Is there an inside joke somewhere I'm missing? Did these two guys have a race or something? Me simply being a fan of the game and watching a lot of central division hockey I'd say Laine isn't in the same stratosphere as Nathan Mackinnon as a skater.
