I would be happy with 20 goals between them. 10 each is feasible though

Having 8-9 players on the entire team with 10+ goals is very good. That includes D men.

Presumably if all 3 of the 4th line players get 10 goals then all 3 of the 3rd line players get at least 10 and of course everybody in the top 6 gets at least as many as any 4th line player. So all 12 F's get 10+ goals? Plus how many D men?

That would be epic!
