I watched the replay on nhl.com - Pavelec could have been in better position, but it did come up off the stick on a deflection. So he could have played it better, but I wouldn't call it "extremely soft" or whatever.

Derfel, I open the question up to you. If Pavs wasnt and isn't still "literally the worst" starter over that period, just name one guy who is -- stats or eye test, just let me know the grounds for your claim.
