was offered a chance to catch Patrick Watson many moons ago in Halifax, never heard of him, was a terrific show, was coming home from work on the bus and this started playing

as you can tell, wasn`t a wild show with all kinds of raucous guitar solos but man was it new and refreshing to this guy

For those who wonder how Alex could flawlessly deliver all his clues - it takes work. Here's an interesting behind-the-scenes look at a day of Jeopardy - during which they tape a week of shows. It's from 2017.

You'll note he flips through six days worth of clues every morning (they pick the order of which five games get played randomly and recycle one), annotating for correct pronunciation. So when there's a punny title like "The sandwich generation", and he says after it "What could that mean?", he knows EXACTLY what it means.

But it still takes a special combination of skill and knowledge to be able to host Jeopardy because of its extremely fast pace and broad knowledge base.

I’ve always been a Hayes Carll fan.....as a songwriter.

But as a vocalist, he’s just not good....That song would have been a hit, if it had someone who could sing it decently.

There’s nothing worse than a country singer with an exaggerated southern accent......but that’s just me.

Keith Urban fits into that category as well......he’s from Australia FFS..
